Single Rolls

Roll diameters range from 18" to 48" and roll widths up to 108". Several Duty Classes are available to handle friable materials such as clean coal and salt to the toughest applications including 100% rock.

• Rockmaster®
  The Rockmaster® Single Roll Crusher is idea for reducing hard materials and is of extremely heavy-duty construction. Its rugged design allows continuous service even in the severe crushing applications. The Rockmaster® Crusher is the ultimate refinement of strength and design, an outgrowth of the original single roll crusher designed and first manufactured in 1894 by McLanahan.
• Shale King
  The Shale King is designed to handle oil shale and feed materials of similar hardness. The large roll diameter is capable of handling large R.O.M. feeds and making primary reduction.
• Super Black Diamond
  The Super Black Diamond is used on medium to hard shale, coal, salt, lime, phosphate rock, cinders and other medium to hard feeds.
• Black Diamond
  The Black Diamond Crushers used on medium to soft shale, coal, salt, lime, phosphate rock, cinders and other friable feeds.
• Cobra
  The Cobra Crusher is used on clean coal, petroleum coke, sulphur, salt, lime, rosin, foundry cores, frozen agglomerates and other friable materials.
