Double Rolls

Ideal for secondary and tertiary crushing applications producing a 4:1 ratio of reduction.  The Double Roll Crusher incorporates one Stationary Roll and one Moveable Roll. The Movable Roll provides relief by moving away from the Stationary Roll when uncrushable material is encountered and immediately resets to the original position. Roll diameters range from 18" to 76" and roll widths up to 120".
